Cancellation Policy

The cancellation request must be made by the client via phone call or e-mail with a minimum of 7 days before the date of the tour, or we will charge 100% of the amount of the tour. With no refund.

If the day of the tour the client does not show up, we will wait 15 minutes, and still without showing up we will charge 100% of the tour scheduled. For any further information you can call any number below and a Boos Adventures agent will take note of the cancellation and will inform the manager of the cancelation.
